Vendor Fair
Concordia University Chicago Dinning Services (CUCDS) hosted their third vendor fair for students to try new items that will be introduced next year, as well as items they have had. There is a variety of breakfast foods from muffins to donuts to danishes.

Smoothies had a station for everyone to try the different kinds of smoothies CUCDS has to offer and giving information of how it will be updating the menu for smoothies as well as adding new ones like cereal smoothies. The cereal smoothie being made was Cinnamon Toast Crunch.

Healthy snacks had a table for students, faculty, and visitors to try sour gummy worms, gummy bears, cashews, and trail mix.

There was an ice cream station to try strawberry shortcake bars, rainbow pops, and giant vanilla ice cream sandwiches.

Going on down the line is a table with Rice Krispie treats, Awake bars, gluten free Bear Naked Granola Bites in both Dark Chocolate and Peanut Butter, Honey Pecan Baklava. To drink was Kickstart drinks in flavors of Orange citrus, Mango Lime, and Fruit Punch. Two new drinks are Mtn Dew Spike, Lemonade flavored and Rockstar Boom energy Whipped Orange flavor.

CUCDS had a Hispanic flavor from the 7400 Café with tacos, nachos, chips and salsa or guacamole, and Chicharrons.

Naked juices had their own station with flavors of Blue Machine, Mighty Mango, Green Machine, and Strawberry Banana.

If you have never tried sushi before the last table was for you. It had many variety of flavors and styles. The first was the California, Seafood Salad, Spicy Shrimp, Phily, Baja California, Shrimp Tempura, Vegetarian California, Spicy Tuna, and Spicy Salmon.

The vendor fair was a huge success in creating awareness in what will be coming next year as well as what they currently have available for the CUC community.
