Throughout my entire life, I have always had a dog. My first experience was at Christmas time when I was two. My parents gave me a dachshund puppy, named Jingles. She was my first experience with both love and of lost. Ever since then, our family has always had a canine companion trotting through the house. So, when it came the time for me to move out of the house and live on my own, it became quite clear that I needed a pup.
